Functional Analyst - French

At Winning Consulting, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join a project for a financial services client in Barcelona .

The role follows a hybrid model (2 days remote).

Responsibilities

• Understand and identify business needs, establishing effective communication and collaboration channels with key internal stakeholders.
• Translate needs into clear functional specifications: user stories, use cases, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria .
• Manage and maintain the backlog (refinement, prioritization, definition of DoR/DoD), working closely with the Product Owner, Development, and QA teams.
• Prepare the test plan / test cases and support the testing team during execution, including UAT and functional validations.
• Write and maintain functional documentation for applications and processes (AS-IS / TO-BE where applicable) and ...
