About the role A leading UAE bank is undertaking a major transformation programme to fully automate its regulatory reporting landscape.
What you'll do- Act as the functional bridge between Regulatory Finance, Regulatory Operations, and IT delivery squads.
- Document detailed business interpretations and data transformation logic for all in-scope regulatory reports.
- Drive functional solutioning workshops and finalise functional specifications with technology partners.
- Conduct impact assessments comparing automated outputs against current submissions; categorise variances as automation gains, legacy errors, data gaps, or functional defects.
- Lead and obtain sign‑off on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including parallel‑run validation against legacy reports.
- Define tolerance thresholds and adjustment/override processes within the automated workflow.
