Fund Administration Manager

You will be responsible for the back office operations which include the day-to-day valuation of clients’ portfolios, trade processing and settlements, cash management, monitoring of corporate action events, reconciliation of clients’ accounts and reporting, liaising with service providers, maintaining information systems, maintaining portfolio accounting, implementing process improvements and more.

Handling people at various levels requires you to have a pleasant personality. The job needs unwavering commitment, high level of energy, resourcefulness and integrity.

You should have 4 – 5 years of recent experience in Back Office operations within a reputable Fund Manager or Custodian or an organization that operates retail funds. You should also have an extensive knowledge of financial instruments.
