As Fund Operations and Reconciliation Lead at GXI, the primary responsibility is to have custody of the fund lifecycle in GCash for specific products and to ensure the precision and reliability of financial transactions within our mobile wallet application. This position is vital in upholding trust with both users and partners by efficiently and effectively reconciling financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile internal reports against merchants’ reports (e.g., BPI, Billspay, GSave, etc.).
• Validate reports to ensure quality output.
• Endorse valid adjustments to merchants/partners and/or the internal team upon approval.
• Handle customer/internal concerns through multiple channels within the agreed SLA.
