About the Role
As a Funeral Director's Assistant, you will support day-to-day funeral operations including services, transfers, viewings and mortuary assistance. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a meaningful difference through service delivery.Skills and Experience Background in customer service, hospitality or community-focused rolesCompassionate and respectful approach when working with families
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Comfortable handling sensitive situations and deceased persons
Physically capable of manual handling tasks
Current unrestricted driver's licence
