About the Role
Based in Tewantin, the Location Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and commercial performance of the funeral home. This is a hands-on management role requiring both operational oversight and community presence. You will lead a small team, ensure facilities and chapels are maintained to the highest standard, manage rosters and on-call requirements, and oversee financial performance including volume targets and KPIs. From time to time, you may also be required to attend deceased persons, supporting the team when needed.
