What You’ll Do

You will review reported content which includes comments, chats, strong graphic images, videos, and audio files. Using moderation guidelines, you will determine whether user‑generated content breaks the community policies or not. You may also need to elevate harmful content to ensure continued protection of users and the brand.

This role involves regular exposure to user‑reported content, which can include graphic imagery and offensive language.

This work is KPI driven and you will be asked to hit quality and quantity targets. It is important to moderate in accordance with Social Element and client‑specific guidelines, review content across multiple formats, keep up to date with changes in the guidelines or our systems, carry out moderation and training according to the scheduled project times, remain resilient when reviewing content that may be unexpected, h...
