YOUR MISSIONS

Your Role

• You will oversee a team of approximately 30 mechanics organized across different specialties, including light vehicles, heavy trucks, and trailers, supported by team leads.
• Your main objective is to ensure fleet reliability by planning preventive and corrective maintenance, prioritizing workloads, and aligning resources with operational needs.
• You will monitor performance, control maintenance costs, and ensure all work complies with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• The role also includes managing vendor relationships for inspections and certifications, overseeing facility upkeep, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the garage.
• As a hands‑on leader, you will coach and support your team, address performance or disciplinary matters when required, and help maintain a strong and collaborative shop culture.
