Opportunity Description

- Plan, assign and oversee daily landscape and nursery upkeep tasks such as grass cutting, pruning, planting, irrigation and pest control.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of local and foreign workers, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and in accordance with schedules.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure landscaping quality meets company and client standards.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of landscaping tools, machinery and materials.
- Maintain attendance records, work reports and site documentation.
- Report any issues, irregularities or performance concerns related to outsourced teams to the Landscape Executive.
- Ensure that all gardening work complies with company policies, environmental practices, and workplace safety regulations.
- Perform basic hands‑on gardening work when needed to support the team.
