Scope of Role Gas Path Commodities like Intake systems, ducts, resonators. Exhaust manifolds, pipes, mufflers, after‑treatment interfaces. Turbocharger interfaces and EGR connections. Area of Responsibility The Lead Engineer – Gas Path Systems is responsible for end‑to‑end technical leadership and delivery of gas path components within the automotive powertrain domain. The role owns system definition, design maturity, integration, validation, and launch readiness of intake and exhaust gas path commodities from concept through SOP, ensuring compliance with performance, emissions, durability, cost, and regulatory targets. Act as Lead Engineer for gas path commodities across the complete KO to SOP lifecycle Own technical delivery and design responsibility for gas path systems including: Intake systems, ducts, resonators Exhaust manifolds, pipes, mufflers, after‑treatment interfaces Turbocharger interfaces and EGR connections (as applicable) Define and manage system and component‑level req...
