This position is responsible for overseeing the LATAM region, providing support across more than 12 countries. The role operates within multiple core team processes, ensuring efficient execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and data investigation activities.
• Manage and process applications.
• Perform detailed analysis to support decision-making.
• Maintain direct interaction with stakeholders, including customers, Collections, Billing, Accounts Payable (AP), and Operations teams.
• Handle refund management processes.
• Execute mass case applications.
• Manage escalations and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
• Prepare and deliver reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Senior-year student or graduate in administrative or related fields.
• Intermediate English proficiency 50%.
