- Implement and support JDE Service Management solutions and functionalities. - Work on upgrade projects and perform testing of JDE objects and modules. - Manage service modules including install base, service contracts, service orders, and billing. - Handle preventive maintenance work order lifecycle activities. - Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) based on business requirements. - Build and support interfaces between JDE and external systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and recommend ERP solutions. - Ensure smooth execution of billing, pricing, and contract management activities. - Troubleshoot system issues and support continuous process improvements.
