Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate Industry in UAE
- Experience of working on an ERP
- Available to join immediately
- Provide work reference if required on request
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to account such as General ledger, purchase ledger, cashbook, bankbook, fixed assets register and other documents arising out of business transactions
- Preparing purchase orders, payment orders, receipts, journal vouchers, bank reconciliation statements, suppliers and customer’s reconciliation
- Updating books of accounts at regular intervals and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, yearly, close
- Maintain the chart of accounts and cost centers
- Maintain and co‑ordinate the implementation accounting systems, policies and procedures
