General Accountant

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to process improvements for accounting practices.

Educational Background

• A degree in Accounting is preferred, with a strong bookkeeping background.

Training or Work Experience

• At least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Must have strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
• Familiarity with accounting systems like Xero or MYOB is a plus.
• Familiar with US Accounting standards and practices is a plus.
