Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- cash collections and record keeping
- Compute VAT/taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Order Processing
- issue sales Invoices
- inventory management (consumption / reorder level/monitor stock)
- Manage Procurements & Logistics
- Manage Shopify and Online trading procedures
- legal compliance and finance controls
