• Review the Cash Disbursement Journal regularly to ensure the accuracy and completeness of transactions
• Supervise and mentor two accounting staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines
• Ensure timely compliance with government regulatory requirements such as BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG, including preparation, filing, and payment
• Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
• Review monthly bank reconciliations prepared by the accounting staff
