General Accountant Supervisor- Future Finance Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Daily Accounting Operations : Manage AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Own BIR and SEC Compliance : Ensure timely and accurate filing of VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax, GIS, and AFS.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis : Prepare monthly to annual reports and support decision-making with meaningful financial insights.
• Optimize Processes : Use and enhance SAP and other tools to improve efficiency and internal controls.
• Develop People : Supervise and mentor junior accountants; foster a culture of integrity, accuracy, and growth.
