- Office consumable supplies ordering and management
- Office / Stores infrastructure maintenance management like utilities billing
- Equipment / Devices assets management
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
- Min “O” level or related office skills certificate
- Preferably 3 years in office administrative tasks and document handling
- Strong written & communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good team player
- Yearly AWS and Bonused
