Opportunity Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of ASM office.
  • Maintain a clean, organized office environment and promptly report any facility issues.
  • Welcome visitors, respond to inquiries, and create a professional and hospitable atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle mail and parcel distribution.
  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements, including booking flights, transportation, accommodation, and restaurant reservations.
  • Compile, scan, and submit invoices and delivery orders to global systems daily; maintain filing records.
  • Set up new vendors, including preparing Vendor Approval forms and CSR letters.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
