Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of ASM office.
- Maintain a clean, organized office environment and promptly report any facility issues.
- Welcome visitors, respond to inquiries, and create a professional and hospitable atmosphere.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle mail and parcel distribution.
- Coordinate employee travel arrangements, including booking flights, transportation, accommodation, and restaurant reservations.
- Compile, scan, and submit invoices and delivery orders to global systems daily; maintain filing records.
- Set up new vendors, including preparing Vendor Approval forms and CSR letters.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Ensure timely processing of monthly utilities, rental, and telecommunications bills.
