Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic General/Corporate Counsel (Contracts & HR) to join their team in Summit, NJ. This person will oversee all legal aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, mitigating risks, and providing expert legal advice to the executive team. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with deep knowledge of corporate law, contract negotiation, and the ability to work collaboratively across all departments.



Salary expectations $170-220k 



Responsible for:

Reviewing and negotiating commercial terms of sale on contracts

Developing and maintaining standard terms and conditions for various business units/ segments

Overseeing the preparation and filing all federal and state tax filings and compliance documents

Matters of corporate governance (vendor qualification, risk management in operations)
