About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant General / Internal Medicine Physician to join our Hospital team in NZ`s capital.

We are looking for a general physician, and can accommodate most medical subspecialties for those who are dual trained. We also have a position available on our Stroke Team for those who are interested in working across both services.

This is a senior leadership role within the 54 bed acute medical ward and the 16 bed Medical Assessment and Planning Unit. Our general physicians work on a team with a registrar and house officer, and collaborate with nursing and allied health staff to care for acutely unwell medical inpatients.
