General Internal Medicine Specialist - Full Time, Locum Opportunities Available

A community based general internal medicine specialist providing comprehensive consultant in-patient and out-patient services
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
§Daily rounds on patients, including facilitation of timely discharge
§ Availability to participate in hospital committees pertaining to specialty
§ Participate in teaching rounds as available

OFFICE:
§ Must maintain community office practice

On-Call:
§ On-call responsibilities include 1 in 9 for Internal Medicine
§ Timely response to request for consultations in the ER and inpatient units

RESOURCES:
§ Available outpatient clinics includes: Diabetes Clinic, Heart Function Program, and Stress Testing
§ ECG and Holter Monitoring are shared amongst the group
§ Outpatient clinic for minor procedures
