General Ledger Analyst

The General Ledger Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the companys general ledger, serving as the central repository for all financial transactions. The primary function of this role is to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial records in accordance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensures that the companys financial records are accurate, organized, compliant, contributing to informed business decisions and financial stability.

Management and maintenance of General Ledger.

Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately and timely recorded in the financial system and reported to its correct revenue and cost centers.

• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions including income, expenses, assets, and liabilitiesin the general ledger by reviewing and reconciling journal entries in accordance with accounting standards.
