We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time General Maintenance Worker for our Leesville property. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



· Replace lights



· Installation of A/C Filters



· Assist with make readies



· Up-keep of all window screens



· Maintains cleanliness of pool including backwash filter, vacuum pools, cleaning tile, and skimming * Maintains cleanliness of all building exteriors and dumpster areas (i.e. sweep and remove cobwebs, dirt leaves, trash, etc…)



· General grounds keeping to include removal of grass, trash, dirt, debris, from walkways, patios, common entry doors, etc…
