Responsibilities of General Maintenance Tech:

Painting curbs, doors, shutters and speed bumps. 

Filling holes, power washing and other outside work

 Repairing holes and painting common hallways.

Requirements of General Maintenance Tech:

Able to work in weather elements

Must have knowledge of residential repairs

Must have a valid Driver's License

Must pass a pre employment background and drug screen
