Opportunity Description
- Define and Lead global business process governance, standardization, and continuous improvement across regions and functions
- Establish enterprise operating models, governance frameworks, and KPI structures to drive operational excellence and scalability
- Partner with executive leadership and other business stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic business priorities by identifying process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Lead cross-functional transformation programs across global, ensuring alignment, adoption, and execution excellence
- Drive change management, training, and process adoption initiatives across global teams
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including ERP (SAP), automation, system integration, and workflow optimization
