General Manager, Canadian Operations

Master Flo Valve Inc. is currently seeking a full‑time permanent General Manager, Canadian Operations to work in Edmonton, AB.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Canadian based corporate goals are achieved,
• Recommend and implement short- and long-term strategies that will position MFV for continued growth and optimization of shareholder value.
• Deliver budgeted profit and loss commitments.
• Direct the MFV Edmonton Management Team in the execution of their functions.
• Develop, oversee, monitor, and address key performance indicators.
• Liaise closely with Sales Executives.
• Ensure we continue to grow and adapt to the domestic and International market place.
• Work closely with the General Managers of the other Master Flo Divisions to ensure cohesiveness and consistency amongst operations.
