We are looking for a high-impact Operations Manager CEBU who can take full ownership of end-to-end operations from plant/manufacturing to supply chain and project execution.

This role is for a leader who can drive performance, scale operations, and deliver results in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate operations across production, supply chain, sales support, and construction
• Ensure efficient plant operations (production, quality, maintenance, and output optimization)
• Align sales forecasts with production and delivery execution
• Oversee project execution on time, on budget, and to standard
• Drive KPIs, cost control, and operational efficiency
