General Manager, Global Business Services

Reporting to the VP, Global Business Services, the General Manager, Global Business Services is a senior enterprise leader and a core member of the GBS Global Leadership Team, collectively responsible for shaping, scaling, and operating Goodyear’s global GBS model. This role owns the strategic direction, transformation agenda, and enterprise performance of Global Business Services. GBS delivers value across the enterprise, aiming to create a future‑ready global operating model that combines step‑change productivity, superior service quality, and digital‑enabled agility. This includes harnessing AI, automation, analytics, and digital agents to re‑imagine end‑to‑end global processes, accelerate decision‑making, elevate employee and customer experience, and deliver sustainable operational cost reduction.
