General Manager, Operations (Marine & Offshore)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall marine operations , ensuring smooth execution across all vessels/projects
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, cost control, and service delivery
• Oversee daily operations , including vessel performance, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and industry standards
• Manage and mentor operations teams, driving performance and accountability
• Liaise with clients, charterers, and key stakeholders to ensure service excellence and strong relationships
• Monitor budgets, P&L, and cost performance , identifying areas for optimization
• Handle escalation of operational issues and provide strategic solutions
