This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a high-performing and rapidly expanding automotive group based in Mildura.

You’ll take ownership of the entire sales function across a multi-franchise dealership operation, including new vehicles, used cars and finance. With further expansion already underway, this role offers genuine scale and long-term career potential. Working closely with the Dealer Principal and senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for driving performance, improving gross, and implementing consistent sales processes across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role where your presence on the floor, engagement with customers, and ability to coach and develop your team will directly influence results.
