General Site Manager

Responsibilities

In this role you will take responsibility for the well‑being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met across two homes. You will lead, motivate and mentor your team, provide guidance and training, carry out assessments, develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans, monitor work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with standards, policies and legislation, and promote residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect.

The position offers you the chance to lead the provision through effective leadership and home management across two homes, ensuring we have the best people on site, delivering an empathic service, championing resident well‑being, establishing a vision and development plan for the home, and carrying out quality assurance monitoring to exceed regulatory standards.
