General Store Manager

We are hiring a Store General Manager for a premium supermarket concept in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

This is a full ownership role for an experienced retail operator with strong commercial discipline and hands-on fresh food expertise.

The successful candidate will lead all aspects of store operations including:

• Full P&L management

• Sales, margins, shrinkage & inventory control

• Butchery & bakery operations

• Food and non-food category management

• Team leadership & customer experience

• Supplier management & operational compliance

We are looking for candidates with:

• 10+ years in supermarket retail operations

• Proven Store GM / Store Director experience with full P&L ownership

• Background from recognised supermarket brands such as Carrefour, Spinneys, Waitrose, Spar, Tesco, Aldi, Woolworths, Shoprite, Pick n Pay, Naivas, or equivalent
