Job Summary

The Surveyor is responsible for measuring and mapping land, ensuring accurate boundaries for construction, development, and legal purposes. He/She uses specialized equipment, GPS technology, and software to collect data and create detailed maps and reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys to establish property boundaries and topographic details.
• Uses GPS, total stations, and other surveying tools to collect accurate data.
• Ensure survey data are reflected in the as-built plans through regular coordination with the assigned CAD operators on site.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and developers for construction and land use planning.
• Conduct surveys to determine exact positions, measurement of points, elevations, lines, areas, volumes, contours or other of land surfaces.
• Verify historical records and compare them with current survey data.
