Geotechnical Engineer

The Opportunity WSP has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer to join our Ground Engineering team in Winnipeg. You will be involved in a range of projects from conventional to leading‑edge assignments in foundations, infrastructure, transportation, slope assessment, geohazards, and the design of structures in the mining industry, leveraging your experience throughout Manitoba and the prairies.

Your Impact

You’ll conduct all geotechnical and geo-environmental projects, including organising field investigations, interpreting results, making engineering decisions and judgments, and writing technical reports.

You’ll work on or manage projects of various sizes, providing technical input, mentorship, and support to junior staff, and conducting analysis and modelling of geotechnical designs.
