• Conduct change management processes according to company policies and procedures.
• Evaluate risks and impacts of proposed changes.
• Develop and maintain technical and procedural documentation.
• Work alongside development, infrastructure, support, and business teams.
• Perform validation and homologation testing prior to deployment.
• Monitor and provide support during the post‑deployment period, ensuring environment stability.
• Conduct alignment meetings with stakeholders.
