We talk with large companies which use the PCs or/and Printers of the company.

Business to Business project

Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Account Management of partners, providing a timely response and resolution to incoming queries via email or telephone or other communication channels
  • Drive sales opportunities to meet quota and forecast
  • Offer a solutions-based sales approach to drive business and increase margin through up-selling and cross-selling, where appropriate
  • Liaise with other internal departments and external parties to ensure that partner opportunities are fully realized
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of incoming deals and track their progress from initial reseller enquiry, right through to customer delivery
