Giftshop Supply Coordinator

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the inventory in the inventory control storeroom.


Essential Functions
+ Manages the product inventory/asset inventory by maintaining and adjusting pars based on demand/usage.
+ Coordinates repairs, replenishments and create requisitions when the situation requires.
+ Manages products for expiration dates and recalls.
+ Oversees product returns, follow up on missing items/orders.
+ Puts away stock in storeroom.
+ Serves as a knowledge base for nursing, inventory control team and other departments.
+ Works with purchasing to identify clinically acceptable substitute items.
+ Places orders for medical gases.
+ Maintains/updates stock shelf bin labels.
+ Participate in physical inventories.




Qualifications


Required
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
