YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implementation of compensation processes and tools (merit, short-term and long-term incentives, sales incentives, benefits) for all employees generally and our top levels particularly Participation in compensation surveys and preparation of salary bands and benefits policies based on market practice Preparation and management of annual salary increases and bonuses for our top levels Preparation of and support with regard to personnel related approval requests for Board decisions
YOUR PROFILE
Successful completion of business administration studies, ideally with an HR focus 4-5 years operational work experience in compensation, and in an international environment Fluent in spoken and written English
