Role Overview:

The Global Field Readiness & Productivity Lead is the owner of GTM field readiness and productivity outcomes for Sprinklr’s global organization. This roleis responsible fortheend-to-enddesign, development, delivery, and continuous optimization of GTM enablement programs that accelerate ramp, improve execution quality, and drive sustained productivity across customerfacing teams and their leaders.
 

This role spans newhire onboarding, ongoingrolebaseddevelopment, mastery programs, and leader enablement, with a strong emphasis on managerled reinforcement and behavior change. Success is defined not by activity or attendance, but by measurable field impact.
