We are looking for a Global Head of Advanced Analytics who is Collaborative, Curious, and Impact‑oriented to join our Integrated Insights team, based at our UCB offices in Belgium.

About the role

You are going to nurture a global advanced analytics vision that strengthens how UCB creates value for patients. You will enable data‑led decision making, foster the use of advanced analytics and responsible artificial intelligence, and help transform complex questions into meaningful, human‑centred insights. You will shape how UCB balances scientific depth with patient‑focused understanding, ensuring that insights support better choices across the full lifecycle of our assets.
