Head of Controlling – Power Electronics

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Head of Controlling – Power Electronics. This role translates BU and GPG strategy into clear, actionable business plans, ensuring alignment across units while setting measurable objectives that drive performance.

It oversees the implementation of standardized guidelines and global processes—including assurance and compliance—to maintain consistency and operational excellence. With full ownership of planning and forecasting, it monitors performance against targets, analyzes variances, identifies key issues, and supports decision‑making by driving timely corrective actions. In parallel, it establishes and strengthens the Power Electronics finance organization, continuously enhancing cost discipline, productivity, capital efficiency, cash flow, and overall profitability.

The position reports to the GPG Controller, with a dotted line to the Power Electronics Manager.
