Global Head of Creator Platform & Growth

In this role, you will lead product strategy and owning end‑to‑end roadmap for a trusted, high‑velocity creator and player experience across priority regions.

Your mandate: drive growth (DAU, retention, creation rate), ensure a healthy economy, and embed localization, culturalization, and player safety as first‑class product requirements. You will lead a cross‑functional product organization, partner closely with platform engineering and core product teams, and translate global user needs into product requirements across discovery, social systems, creation workflows, marketplace, payments, identity/safety, and live operations. You will establish a data‑driven, experiment‑heavy culture and operate the platform with high reliability and safety‑by‑design.
