We are looking for a Global Head of Data Acquisition who is Collaborative, Curious, and Care focused to join our Integrated Insights, Patient Evidence team, based at our UCB offices in the the European Union.

About the role

You are going to shape a data strategy for the whole organization, helping UCB understand patient needs and make meaningful decisions. You will turn important business questions into clear data priorities, ensuring every dataset supports better outcomes for people living with severe diseases. You will support the Human‑Science balance by making high‑quality healthcare data accessible, trusted, and ready for deeper insights.
