A global crypto exchange is seeking a Head of HR to lead its people strategy and HR operations across multiple regions. The role reports directly to the founder and will play a key role in supporting the company’s continued global growth.
Responsibilities Lead and oversee the global HR and administration function across multiple offices. Partner closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives. Act as a strategic HR business partner to trading, product, technology, and corporate teams. Oversee talent management, performance management, organizational planning, and HR policies.
