Global Head of Project Management & CoE

Sanofi is looking for a Head of Project Management in Barcelona. The role involves leading a global team of 60–70 project managers across various international locations, ensuring excellence in delivery and operational performance.

You will implement standardized methodologies and drive improvements, collaborating closely with stakeholders to support Medical Affairs and Market Access projects. A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management is required, along with strong leadership skills.
