Global Head of Quality & Precision Manufacturing

Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd is seeking a Head of Quality in Penang, Malaysia. The successful candidate will lead the Quality Management System and manage a team ensuring high standards across production processes, from sourcing to assembly.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of quality management experience in the precision sheet metal fabrication industry. The role requires a strong command of English and Mandarin, alongside various quality improvement methodologies.
