Global HRIS & Transformation Manager

We are looking for a Global HRIS & Transformation Manager , to join our HR Operations Team.

The role will be responsible to lead the digital transformation of Loewe’s HR operational processes by developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the overall corporate objectives. This role is pivotal in optimizing HR processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering innovation through the integration of advanced digital technologies across the HR function at a global level enabling the wider HR function, such as regional HR, HRBPs, L&D.
