Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of highly relevant international accounts, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets, analyzing deviations and defining corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement Key Account Plans for each assigned client.
  • Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with multiple client stakeholders.
  • Negotiate commercial conditions and identify opportunities to grow the business.
  • Coordinate transversally with internal departments to ensure the correct delivery to the client.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in existing or new categories.
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights using market intelligence tools.
  • Ensure flawless management of project launches and new product introductions.
