- Experience working within a complex sales organization with multiple roles (e.g., SDRs, AEs, AMs) ,
- Experience in a high-growth Tech or SaaS company, particularly one that has undergone M&A activity ,
- Demonstrated team management experience, with a passion for leading and developing high-performing individuals ,
- Mandatory, in-depth experience with Salesforce, including reporting and dashboard creation ,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and analysis into actionable business insights ,
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ,
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams ,
